The Christian employers should not forget what Paul teaches us: "Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven." (Colossians 4:1)
and Teachers have obligations like parents to their children. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6)
Employees and employers, once called and believe in Lord Jesus Christ, are all free from bondage of inequities (self-will) and all will be His servants.
"For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant." (1 Corinthians 7:22)
Irregardless of race, color, gender, social status, everyone is equal before Him.
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28)
