One of the students I was preparing to face the realities of the world showed no signs that she will be a monster with the courage to destroy her Professor after earning a failed grade.
The Arellano University swiftly and decisively dismissed me without the due process of law.
It is the defendant's burden to prove that the complainant is a threat to the students or really a sexual harasser which qualify its justification of in loco parentis duty as a reason for the dismissal or non renewal of the complainant.
With this principle, I entrust my future as a teacher to the Labor Arbiter after a painstaking and embarrassing process with my lawyer Atty. Antonio Mabazza with the decision to start after February 17, 2009.
