Open Letter to President Noy Aquino lll

(This is transmitted to Pnoy last December 9, 2010)

Dear Mr. President:

Your victory and assumption of office as President of the Philippines gave light and renewed my strength and trust to Philippine government. With you leadership, I think that there would be a significant change in political and administrative trend in national public governance.

You cried out about the legacy of your parents. Democracy, justice, etc.

The great late Senator, your father, Benigno Aquino Jr., suffered physically, emotionally and psychologically from the hands of tyrannic late Ferdinand Marcos.

Marcos administration employed salvaging, illegal arrest, torture and illegal detention to mention a few of the demonic executions of ill-political will.

Your parents fought to the death for freedom (from tyranny), democracy and justice.

In year 2005, I suffered illegal arrest, detention and torture and I was even about to be one of the desaparecidos from the hands of Mandaluyong City local government under the leadership of Mr. Neptali Gonzales II (presently your political ally in Liberal Party and your Party Majority Leader in House of Representatives). I was detained again in 2009 and release in January 2010 by Mandaluyong City judges.

PNP, city employees (Task Force Ordinance personnel), judges and prosecutors are used as apparatus by Mr Gonzales to to exectue and cover his Satanic behavior. His influence was reaching the office of CHR Chairperson before assumed by Purificacion Quisumbing.

I filed my charges (again)against Mr. Gonzales and his disciples to the Commission on Human Rights with confidence to the leadership of Honorable Chairperson Ka Etta Rosales in September 2010.

5 Human Rights Week celebrations (5 years) have passed but until now there is no justice, respect to human rights and freedom from abuses remain to be a common practice among the Philippine bureaucracy and instrumentality.

Do we have to remain in Speech deliveries, Essay Writing, Poster Making or Logo Making Contests for Human Rights Week to keep the spirit and essence of man?

I do not have a wife neither a child to continue what I am fighting for.

But with you, I believe we could meet the ends.

Sincerely,

RANNIE C. AGUSTIN
